Take care with the power of your thoughts.
I identified as a victim of circumstance, powerless to change my life. The story I told myself was I had no other options or choices.
But you know what?
I’m so grateful for the experience. Do you want to know why???
I learned:
My mind and my thoughts are magic!
✨Mindset is a choice.
✨If you can dream it, it can come to be!
✨You get to decide.
 
How can you reframe an element of life within which you feel STUCK? (Job, relationship, old patterns etc.)
  • Take a deep breath in stillness. Ask yourself, where do I feel stuck? Listen carefully for the answer.
  • Next, ask yourself, how can I reframe and change the story I tell myself?
  • For extra badass results, WRITE IT DOWN! Then create an associated affirmation.
I’m stuck in this relationship can become I choose myself first and I have the power to leave. Your affirmation could be:
I am worthy and deserving of a great and loving relationship.
